Searching for a method to heat my conservatory my first idea was a radiator of the central heating system. But it seems this is difficult and expensive . Searching the net I came across infrared heating. I am not trying to heat to high temperatures but enough to be able to use the conservatory for 10 months a year and be reasonably comfortable. Previously heated by a powered flue 3 kw gas heater for 15 years now broken down and spares not available and no similar replacement available. The conservatory is 18ft by 9ft. Floor to window sill approximately 450. With one house wall with door. The question is, is it practical to use these heaters near the floor (which at present is carpeted). Also is the service temperature higher or lower than a conventional radiator. Would appriate your reply Allen
How long is the cable from heater to plug on the 180W (300x600) and can it be extended? Thank you.
Do you have a product datasheet and user manual available on this product?
Is the panel mounted flat on a wall, or does it have to be installed at an angle?
Two Questions: 1st. I have a small bathroom with one damp outside wall. Should I hang the heater on the damp wall, or opposite the damp wall, or adjacent to it? 2nd. When the Sunheat finish eventually begins to fade, can I paint it with radiator paint?
You have two brands of IR panels at this rating. I wish to buy one simply for floor mounting under a desk. What are the differences.
Can it be mounted with the 600mm dimension vertical ?
