Infrared heat is deployed in electromagnetic waves that are similar to those produced by the sun and even by our own bodies! This means it’s 100% safe to use, and not only that, it will save you a considerable amount of money when you use it as a replacement for traditional convection type heat.
That’s because heaters like this and the 1800W IR Bar Heater consume only a fraction of the energy required by an equally powerful convector heater, utilising 98% of the energy they consume, converting nearly all of it into heat with minimal waste.
Check out this video to see exactly how Infrared heating can work for you:
While these IR Bar heaters are designed very much with functionality in mind, they’re sleek and stylish enough to give your décor a definite touch of modernity.
They’ll provide a massive amount of heat and will be incredibly discreet when placed high up on a ceiling or a wall above an exterior door. They’ll also save a great deal of space, especially if you’re using one as a replacement for a bulky and cumbersome old wall-mounted convector heater.
They contain no moving parts, so will require little maintenance other than an occasional wipe with a cloth to remove any accumulated dust. Please be aware that if the units are not cleaned regularly, a build-up of dust may appear. Find out more about how to maintain your heaters here!
Indeed, you’ll discover many other advantages, when you watch this short video presentation about IR heating:
Along with these IR Bar Heaters, we also have a wide variety of IR panel heaters to choose from, including our white IR electric panels which will, quite literally, disappear from view when installed on a similarly-coloured lounge ceiling or wall!
And, don’t forget our image IR heating panels and custom printed Infrared panel heaters, because they’ll enable you to disguise your bedroom heater as a Waterfall print, Sports Car photo and anything else you can imagine!
If, following your order, you decide that your Infrared Bar Heater isn’t quite what you’re looking for, please don’t hesitate to let us know and we’ll ask you to return it in exchange for a replacement or a refund.
We think you’ll love it, but to make sure you’re happy with your heater’s performance and quality for the foreseeable future, it will come complete with an unbeatable 2-year manufacturer’s guarantee. This can be extended to 5 years for free.

For bar heaters, use the provided screws to mount the brackets onto your wall, and then onto the back of the heater. Use the provided wing nuts to secure the wall brackets and heater brackets together at an angle best suited for your area.
Plug the heater into your mains, or get a qualified electrician to hardwire it for you.

Can this be installed outdoors? One of the photos shows it outside but the description suggests it’s inside only.
Hi, does this 3000w heater need to be mounted a further distance away from a false suspended ceiling than the recommended 20cm from a normal ceiling?
Do these heaters work off single phase?
We are doing up a circular one space living area measuring 67sq metre floor area. Project should be well insulated. What would the heating requirements be..would one 3000 suffice. There will be an additional wood burning stove in situ. Thanks
Hello I would like to buy a 3000w for my flat. I only have one problem. You did specify the measurements but failed to mention the weight of the Helios. 1) I need to install it on drywall, I don't think drywall will handle the presumably high weight of this bar. Do you know any way around for drywall? 2) Do you recommend 75w per square metre or are your bars much more efficient? Thank you.
How do you regulate temperature? Is there a temp control on the heaters. Thanks
I’m in the market for an IR heater fo an outside deck area, in the next few months. 1.The 3000W Helios Infrared Bar Heater seems OK, but do you do a bigger one (I have new 20 amp cabling being installed) so could easily go “up” to 5kw.) 2. Does this unit come with a remote control? 3.When is the next 20% discount returning?,.,! Thanks.
I want to heat a green oak building 3.5m by 5.0m. It is open on three side and has a sloping slate roof. 1. What size heater will I require? 2. Is the heat output adjustable?
can you please let me know what would be the optimum height at which the heaters should be fitted for customers sitting at an outdoor eating area where people will be siting in a straight line so the heater will be directly above their head. Will a person seated beyond the end of the heater receive and heat from the heater? Is there any way of regulating the heat output of the different models or do they simply function as on/off units? If there is not way to regulate then what wattage would you recommend for the scenario described above, where the location is relatively sheltered and minimum temperatures would not be expected to be below 5-10 Celsius ,as they will only be in use during the day and not in the early morning or at night? Thanks, Cathal
Do these supply enough heat for a large outdoor garage roughly 1400 square foot
Can this be switched on and off using a timer switch? What I mean is, does it start in a standby mode, or come straight on at full output?
MERCI
