Keep Things Simple With A Remote

Even if your Wi-Fi signal drops out, you’ll still be able to control your heating easily thanks to the included remote control. This handy little device lets you switch your heating on and off at range, as well as adjust your goal temperature.

This remote doesn’t have the same range as the Smart Life app, but it’s a great option for easy control when you’re in the room with your panel. It’s also fantastic if you’re not glued to your phone 24/7, or if you have people or guests in your house who don’t want to go through the whole pairing process.

Make Installation Effortless

In terms of installing your heater, you have two primary options for the image heaters. The first is from purchasing a set of panel stands and leaving your panel free-standing and 100% portable. The second, and most preferred option, is wall mounting the heater.

To do this, you will need to follow our drilling template that shows you where you will need to drill the four holes. Once complete, you can insert the wall plugs and screws that will be provided in the box, allowing you to slot your heater into place.

For a neater end result, you are more than welcome to ask a qualified electrician to hard-wire your heater into the mains.

We strongly believe in the quality, and integrity of our products. For that reason, we will complement every purchase with a 2- year warranty, so your panel will be protected for years to come. To extend it to 5-years, you will need to simply fill out our extendable warranty form.

Infrared is of course, relatively new to the market. To see if it is for you, you can take advantage of our 14-day trial period. Should you find it doesn’t quite work for your home, you will be able to return the panel back to us at a small 15% restocking fee.

If the plug has been removed, you will unfortunately be unable to return the panel back to us. This will not affect the warranty policy.
