Salisbury Cathedral From The Meadows is an oil paint on canvas image by John Constable. He began painting this in 1830 and it shows a cathedral from the viewpoint of the River Nadder. Featuring a horse drawn carriage, dark clouds and a faint rainbow, it is quite the mesmerising image.
The 595x595 Salisbury Cathedral From The Meadows Nexus Infrared Heating Panel 350W from Mirrorstone is a smaller panel at 595mm x 595mm x 22mm. Built from sturdy FIR Coating, it is perfectly resistant and will also not be penetrated by splashes of water with an IP54 rating.
Reaching surface temperatures between 75 - 95°C, this panel would be best mounted onto a wall. It will drink up 350W from your 230v mains input to heat up an area of 4 – 7m².

How Does Infrared Heating Work?
As Infrared is still in its infancy, many people become unsure of how it works compared to standard convection heaters.
Standard gas or electric convection radiators will work by filling up with hot water. This will then have the air around it hotter. The hot are will rise and drop once it has cooled – as this process continues, it will create a convection current. When you pass through this, you will feel its warmth.
Infrared panels, on the other hand, emit IR rays – the same energy that is emitted by the Sun. Thankfully, our units do not emit harmful UV light. The IR rays will bounce around the room and hit into objects and people. Once hit, the target will absorb some of that heat and re-emit what is leftover back into the space for the process to continue. The rays will keep bouncing around until the energy is completely worn out and will always affect temperature on a molecular level.

You can adjust your goal temperature as well as turn the heater on and off, no matter where you are, as long as you have a signal. You’ll also be able to set various timers through meaning you can have your heater come on automatically when it’s most convenient to you.
Nexus Remote
Even if your Wi-Fi signal drops out, you’ll still be able to control your heating easily thanks to the included remote control. This handy little device lets you switch your heating on and off at range, as well as adjust your goal temperature.
This remote doesn’t have the same range as the Smart Life app, but it’s a great option for easy control when you’re in the room with your panel. It’s also fantastic if you’re not glued to your phone 24/7, or if you have people or guests in your house who don’t want to go through the whole pairing process.
The Blue LED Indicator
When you install your panel, you will notice that it has a small blue LED light featured in the bottom right-hand corner. It is no secret that the anatomy of our IR panels is sleek and simple. With no moving parts, there are definitely no unnecessary additions.
The blue LED is there as a plain indicator if your panel is on or off. When it is shining, the panel will be emitting heat and when you cannot see it, the panel will have turned off. It is there to avoid any confusion as to whether the unit is functioning and is also convenient as you can tell from a distance.

Installation Guide
Simply use the drill template to drill into your wall, insert the wall plugs into the holes, and then place the screws inside the wall plugs. Finally, mount the panel by lining up the brackets with the protruding screws, pushing towards the wall, and then downwards to fix into place.
