If you’d love some extra heat in your room, or want to completely replace your central heating, then infrared heating is perfect for the job. With something such as the 595x995 Mountain Landscape NXT Gen Infrared Heating Panel 580W, you’d be getting an eco-friendly panel that can save you lots of money, with loads of advantages over other heating methods.
This infrared heater measures approximately 595mm by 995mm. With its 580W heater, it’ll be able to heat an area of around 9-10m2. It measures just 22mm in depth, meaning it can be installed flush against your wall.
The panel is made from a resilient, attractive FIR Coating. It can reach a surface temperature of around 75-95˚C, which is only slightly warmer than a traditional radiator. Of course, it can be installed higher up on the wall than a normal radiator, so it’s much less likely to be accidentally touched. It has an IP54 rating, meaning it can deal with splashes of water quite happily.
One of the greatest things about infrared heating is how good it is for the environment, and how this translates into savings on your heating bills. Infrared heating can actually save you around a massive 60% on your heating bills! It does this is by heating the objects in the room, rather than the air around the panel. The infrared beams that it emits bounce off of the objects in the room, leaving them warmed up.
This means infrared heating doesn’t cause any convectional currents in your room. This is where warmed air rises, cools, and falls again. This means that it won’t cause cold spots, mould growth or dust circulation, like a traditional radiator does. This makes infrared heating better for your health, too.
As scary as it sounds, you don’t have to worry about infrared heating – it’s completely safe. It’s the same heat that the sun provides, just without any nasty UV radiation. In fact, it’s the same technology that a TV remote or laser quest game uses!
Our infrared panels come with a brand new, highly advanced premium FIR Coating to help maximise the performance of your heater. It’s heat-resistant – meaning it can withstand temperatures up to 200oC without yellowing over time.
Not only that, but it will also help the carbon crystal heating element inside the panel distribute the IR waves better than ever before, thanks to a higher thermal efficiency, resulting in even more warmth in your home.
To top it all off, the coating is also far more secure than ever before, as it is fire resistant, ensuring your family and your home stay safe and warm.
Our NXT Gen IR Panels change the market once more, thanks to built-in thermostats and remote controls included with every NXT Gen heater. This means all our panels are compliant with the Lot 20 legislation that all space heaters need to comply with to be legally sold in the UK.
For you, this means a whole new world of possibility and control. Automatic temperature control allows you to set a temperature, and your IR heater will then maintain it by switching on and off.
The 7-day timer takes this further, and allows you to set on/off times on weekdays and weekends.
As standard, all remote controls come with a 12 month warranty.
Taking things up a notch, they also come with adaptive start. This switches the panel on early to ensure that your room is up to the temperature you need it at the time you need it. It does this by calculating how long it will take to warm up your room, so you no longer need to guess!
Then, we have open window technology. When the panel detects a sudden drop in temperature as a result of an open window, it will switch off in order to save you valuable energy and money.
A quick look through our NXT Gen IR Panel manual reveals the full extent of the heater’s capabilities.
These infrared panel heaters are extremely easy to install. There’s no difficult plumbing or electrical work, so you don’t have to worry about calling the professionals in at all. In fact, you shouldn’t need any assistance at all, as it’s such a ridiculously simple job. We provide a helpful stencil that shows you exactly how to mount these panels on the wall. Just drill the two holes into the wall as it shows you, and put the screws in. After that, just hang the panel up using the rear-mounted brackets.
The heaters are totally plug-and-play compatible, with a UK mains 3-pin plug and a 2m power cable. The panel can also be suspended from the ceiling, or be made portable when using an infrared heater stand.
With such a slender 22mm depth, these panels can fit extremely closely to your wall, taking up little room. They can be installed much higher up than traditional radiators, which saves you space, and looks much better. It means that you won’t have to resort to old-fashioned portable heaters.
This image panel features a very high-quality photo on the front of it. This Mountain Landscape has a centrally focused mountain, with a gradient of green rising up to the brown rock of the actual mountain. It has a pugnacious sky above it, with rolling clouds overlooking the valley. If you want a way to completely disguise your heating, this is how to do it right.
The first suggestion goes to the lovely 595x995 Lakeside Mountain NXT Gen Infrared Heating Panel 580W. It shows a rather tranquil scene, with a snowy mountain in the background framed by a luscious line of trees and a vibrant blue sky. At the foreground is a lake, which reflects the top half of the picture.
The second image recommendation is the 595x995 Sailboat NXT Gen Infrared Heating Panel 580W. The main focus of this image is the majestic-looking sailboat in the middle of the photo, with a bright blue sky and sea. In the background is a rocky island.
All of our image panels come with an extendable two-year warranty, so your product will be fully protected.
There’s also an amazing 14-day home trial period, in case you wish to return or exchange it. This is subject to a small 15% restocking fee, however, as the panel would need to be printed on.
All panels come with free delivery within 2-3 days, and next day delivery is available for £5.99.
You can return your panel if you are not happy with it within 14 days of receiving it.
To install your panel or bar heater, drill 4 holes into your wall as per the mounting template provided with your heater.
For panels, insert the wall plugs, followed by the screws, and use the cross-hair bolt insertion hole brackets on the back of the panel to mount it in place.
For bar heaters, use the provided screws to mount the brackets onto your wall, and then onto the back of the heater. Use the provided wing nuts to secure the wall brackets and heater brackets together at an angle best suited for your area.
Plug the heater into your mains, or get a qualified electrician to hardwire it for you.
Infrared heaters use up to 60% less energy than electric convection heaters, because they warm up objects rather than the air.
As they have no moving parts, they require zero maintenance.
At just 22mm thick, and best installed at head height, they can save massive amounts of space, allowing you to use your entire floor space.
Our infrared panels are far better looking than conventional radiators, giving your home a more modern look.
Once they have reached the end of their huge 100,000 hour lifespan, they almost fully recyclable, further helping the environment even after they’re no longer fit for use.
