Another classic Vincent Van Gogh painting has been implemented on this panel, bringing lots of style to the table. With an infrared heating panel, you get lots of advantages over other types of heater, including their ability to save you lots of money.
It measures 595mm by 995mm, which, when combined with its 580W power output, means it can heat an area of around 9-10m2. It has a depth of just 22mm, making it a super-discreet option for your wall. Thanks to its IP54 rating, splashes of water won’t be an issue.
The panel is constructed from strong FIR Coating materials, which are built to last and look fantastic in doing so. The surface temperature can reach around 75-95˚C, which is similar to a traditional radiator. Of course, infrared heaters can be installed much higher up on the wall, which means they’re unlikely to be accidentally touched, minimising the risk of any burns.
Infrared heating heats your room in a completely different way to how normal heaters operate. Rather than just warming the air surrounding them, as traditional heaters do, infrared heaters warm the objects and surfaces in the room. This is much more efficient, as no heat is wasted. They use a lot less energy, and therefore save you quite a lot of money – up to 60% off your heating bills, in fact! Infrared heaters produce infrared waves, which bounce off of objects and surfaces, leaving them warmed.
Infrared heating doesn’t contribute to the production of convectional currents in your home. These are where the warmed air rises, cool, and falls again, requiring reheating. For you, this means that you won’t have to put up with mould growth, dust circulation, and cold spots as you do with traditional heaters. This makes infrared heating much better for your respiratory health.
Infrared heating is completely safe, as it’s just the same kind of technology that’s used by your TV remote control. It also provides the same type of heat that the sun does, although IR heating obviously emits absolutely no UV radiation.
Our infrared panels come with a brand new, highly advanced premium FIR Coating to help maximise the performance of your heater. It’s heat-resistant – meaning it can withstand temperatures up to 200oC without yellowing over time.
Not only that, but it will also help the carbon crystal heating element inside the panel distribute the IR waves better than ever before, thanks to a higher thermal efficiency, resulting in even more warmth in your home.
To top it all off, the coating is also far more secure than ever before, as it is fire resistant, ensuring your family and your home stay safe and warm.
Included with every NXT Gen Infrared Heater is an integrated thermostat and a remote control inside every box. This is to ensure full compliance with the Lot 20 legislation that is now in effect. This of course means that you have full control of your panel straight out of the box, with no additional purchases necessary.
Using the remote control, you can automate your temperature control – you set how warm you want your room to be and the panel will switch on and off to maintain it! Also available is a 7-day timer, where you can set separate on/off times for the weekdays and weekends.
All remote controls come with a 1-year warranty as standard.
Adaptive start however, is where things get really interesting. You set what time you want your heater to come on, and how warm you want the room to be. The panel will then work out how long it will take, and switch on early to make sure your room is as toasty as you need it!
Finally, open window detection automatically switches your panel off in the presence of an open window, as trying to heat a room with a draft coming in is highly inefficient.
Take a look at our NXT Gen IR Panel manual for a full breakdown of what the panel can do, and immerse yourself in our revolutionary IR heaters.
There’s no need to be concerned with how you’re going to be able to install this heater, as it’s a very simple task to perform. There’s absolutely no tricky electrical or plumbing work, so you can forget about calling any outside help in. We provide your new heater with a useful stencil that shows you exactly where to drill the holes into the wall. Just drill the two holes into the wall, and place the screws in. After that, it’s as simple as hanging the panel onto the wall using the twin rear-mounted brackets.
If you like the idea of the poppy field, take a look at the rather poignant 595x995 Setting Sun NXT Gen Infrared Heating Panel 580W. It shows a glorious field of poppies that look dazzling under the setting sun. The sky looks incredible with a gorgeous combination of orange and blue.
Another lovely image for your heater is the rather introspective 595x995 Water Pebbles NXT Gen Infrared Heating Panel 580W. It features a small pile of pebbles balanced on top of each other, in the middle of a body of water. In the background is an out of focus forest area, resulting in a very tranquil image.
All of our fantastic infrared heating panels come with a comprehensive two-year warranty, which you can further extend to five-years, so your purchase is fully protected.
There’s also a superb 14-day home trial period, in case you wish to return or exchange it. However, as the image needs to be printed onto the panel, it would be susceptible to a small 15% restocking fee.
All panels come with free delivery within 2-3 days, and next day delivery is available for £5.99.
You can return your panel if you are not happy with it within 14 days of receiving it.
To install your panel or bar heater, drill 4 holes into your wall as per the mounting template provided with your heater.
For panels, insert the wall plugs, followed by the screws, and use the cross-hair bolt insertion hole brackets on the back of the panel to mount it in place.
For bar heaters, use the provided screws to mount the brackets onto your wall, and then onto the back of the heater. Use the provided wing nuts to secure the wall brackets and heater brackets together at an angle best suited for your area.
Plug the heater into your mains, or get a qualified electrician to hardwire it for you.
Infrared heaters use up to 60% less energy than electric convection heaters, because they warm up objects rather than the air.
As they have no moving parts, they require zero maintenance.
At just 22mm thick, and best installed at head height, they can save massive amounts of space, allowing you to use your entire floor space.
Our infrared panels are far better looking than conventional radiators, giving your home a more modern look.
Once they have reached the end of their huge 100,000 hour lifespan, they almost fully recyclable, further helping the environment even after they’re no longer fit for use.
