Printed onto the panel is an image of a cute and furry red panda, barely bigger than your average household cat. It looks on at its surroundings whilst chewing on a stem from a plant.

Once on, it’ll emit 580W of radiant infrared heat throughout your room, heating all the objects inside. The waves come from the 595 x 995mm sized FIR Coating surface, which can get as hot as 95^oC.

Even if your Wi-Fi signal drops out, you’ll still be able to control your heating easily thanks to the included remote control. This handy little device lets you switch your heating on and off at range, as well as adjust your goal temperature.

Spend Less With Infrared Heating

One the main benefits of switching to infrared heating is just how much money you can save. Fundamentally, this stems from how infrared works.

IR panels work by heating objects rather than the air, which is how convection heaters work. It takes far more energy to heat air than it does to heat surface area, simply because there is more of it.

For this reason, infrared panels use less energy, which equates to lower bills for you. This is before we factor in the speed at which you feel the heat.

It usually takes between 30-45 minutes for you to feel the heat when you switch on your normal radiators, but because IR heat is spread through energy waves, you’ll feel nice and warm within a couple of minutes, so you don’t need them on for anywhere near as long.
