This Mirrorstone panel measures 595mm by 995mm, and has a heat power of 580W. This means that the area it can heat will be around 9-10 m2. It has a depth of just 22mm, meaning it’ll fit neatly against your wall, without ever looking as clunky and in-the-way as a normal radiator does. It has an IP rating of 54, meaning it can be installed in the bathroom or kitchen, as it’s protected against splashes of water.
It has an FIR Coating surface, which can reach a surface temperature of around 75-95˚C. This might sound hot, but it’s only a little warmer than a standard radiator. Plus, of course, an infrared panel can be installed much higher up the wall than a normal radiator, decreasing the likeliness of an accidental touch.
How Does Infrared Heating Work?
Infrared heating is a revolutionary new technology, so it’s understandable that many people are unaware of how it works. Plus, it works differently to other heaters, so it’s sometimes hard to get your head around it. It heats the actual objects in the room, with penetrating infrared waves, which help to create a thermal mass. This means that your room continues to stay warm after the heating is switched off. Infrared heating can save you 60% on your heating bills!
It does this by firing infrared beams around the room, which bounce off of the objects, leaving them warmed. This is in contrast to traditional heaters, which heat the air around themselves. Unfortunately, traditional heaters can be detrimental to your health because of this. Warm air forms a convectional current, where it rises to the ceiling, cools, and then falls again. This can promote dust circulation, mould and mildew growth, and cold spots. As infrared heating does not do this, it’s seen as better for your overall health and well-being.
Infrared heating is also safe, despite the term radiation sounding pretty dangerous. Infrared is just a type of light, such as visible light, ultraviolet, radio, and x-ray. Although x-rays and ultraviolet light can be harmful, infrared is not, whatsoever. Infrared heat is how the sun heats us, and infrared heating doesn’t produce UV as the sun does.

Even if your Wi-Fi signal drops out, you’ll still be able to control your heating easily thanks to the included remote control. This handy little device lets you switch your heating on and off at range, as well as adjust your goal temperature.
This remote doesn’t have the same range as the Smart Life app, but it’s a great option for easy control when you’re in the room with your panel. It’s also fantastic if you’re not glued to your phone 24/7, or if you have people or guests in your house who don’t want to go through the whole pairing process.

We provide this infrared panel heater with a fantastic two-year warranty, which you can extend to five, in case something goes wrong.
We also provide a 14-day home trial period, in case you wish to return or exchange it. There would be a small 15% restocking fee, as this is a special order item.

Installation Guide
Simply use the drill template to drill into your wall, insert the wall plugs into the holes, and then place the screws inside the wall plugs. Finally, mount the panel by lining up the brackets with the protruding screws, pushing towards the wall, and then downwards to fix into place.
