The next generation of domestic and commercial heating is here, and our 700W Premium Frameless Infrared Heating Panel is a shining example of why infrared is the future.
The frameless surface is made of premium FIR Coating, and reaches temperatures of up to 110oC. The way the panel heater is built however ensures that the surface is safe to touch.
As the panel measures 595 x 1195mm, it can mount onto a wall effortlessly using the supplied screws, brackets and templates.
Once connected to your 230V mains supply, it’ll emit 700W of clean, energy efficient infrared heat – making it perfect for large bedrooms or small living rooms.
We’ll ship this panel for free as well, with further discounts available through our offers and promotions. Trade customers can make use of our special wholesale prices too for further reductions.
Please note that the advised heated areas are for guidance only. For a more accurate heated area that is more relevant to your home, please either use our Calculator located at the top of this page, or speak to one of our Customer Services advisors about your room.
We know that all rooms vary in size, which is why we offer a range of different sizes and wattages in our selection of white infrared heating panels.
Smaller rooms would benefit from our 600W Premium Frameless IR Heating Panel. The physical size is smaller at 600 x 1000mm, and it emits 600W of infrared heat – a decrease in 120W compared to our featured panel.
On the other hand, larger rooms would feel more comfortable with our 960W Premium Frameless Infrared Panel Heater, due to its higher power, 960W, and larger size, 800 x 1200mm.
For some variation, our 700W unit is also available in a framed variant too.
Why not add a bit of colour to your panels, and pick a photograph from our range of image IR panel heaters? This helps your electric panel blend in – those who are none the wiser will never know it’s a heater!
As mentioned above, installing your 600 x 1200 panel high up on your wall helps hide your heater, as do our image infrared panels mounted onto a wall.
This differs massively to standard convection heaters, which have to be mounted along the floor where you piping is. The result is that our panels blend in with your décor.
As IR electric heaters work by heating the surface area of objects rather than the air in a room, they require less energy to provide adequate levels of heat.
This doesn’t just equate to lower bills for you, but it also helps you to drastically decrease your carbon footprint. Fewer fossil fuels get burned, helping the environment in the process.
Convection heaters create a convection current, which circulates air around a room and spreads dust, germs and mites. This does no favours for people who suffer from respiratory issues. Warm air also carries moisture, increasing the chances of mould and damp appearing on your walls.
Our infrared panels pose no such risks, as they have minimal impact on the air in a room. They also prevent dampness and mould appearing on your walls thanks to their dry heat.
Infrared waves actually help improve your well-being, as the waves penetrate your skin, and promote strong blood flow through the loosening of artery walls.
The process of working out how many units you need for any given room is easier than most people think – all you need is a measuring tape, a calculator and some knowledge on how well insulated your property is.
First, use your tape measure to see what the length, width and height of your room is in metres. Then, using your calculator, you can multiply these three figures together to obtain the volume of your room in m3.
The level of insulation in your home will determine how much power you need per cubic metre. Poorly insulated homes (built prior to 1930) need 30W per m3, whilst moderately insulated homes (built between 1930 and 1980) need 25W per m3. Well insulated homes (built after 1980, or has been reinsulated recently) need just 20W per m3.
Now all you need to do is multiply the recommended wattage by the volume of your room, and you’ll have the total required wattage for your room, and can make a decision regarding how many panels you need.
This panel is covered by our 14 day refunds and exchanges policy, during which you’re welcome to return it if you’ve changed your mind about anything.
Beyond this initial period, you’re then covered for any faults through our 2 year warranty, where we will replace your panel in the unlikely event that something goes wrong with it. You can also upgrade this to 5 years for free.
