You can adjust your goal temperature as well as turn the heater on and off, no matter where you are, as long as you have a signal. You’ll also be able to set various timers through meaning you can have your heater come on automatically when it’s most convenient to you.

Keep Things Simple With A Remote

Even if your Wi-Fi signal drops out, you’ll still be able to control your heating easily thanks to the included remote control. This handy little device lets you switch your heating on and off at range, as well as adjust your goal temperature.

This remote doesn’t have the same range as the Smart Life app, but it’s a great option for easy control when you’re in the room with your panel. It’s also fantastic if you’re not glued to your phone 24/7, or if you have people or guests in your house who don’t want to go through the whole pairing process.

Our Policies

Our panels come with a 25-year lifespan, but just in case anything goes wrong before then, our Image Panels come with a 2-year warranty. This warranty won’t be void should you choose to remove the cable and plug, but will unfortunately mean that you cannot return the panel. The warranty is extendable to 5 years for free.

However, if you keep the cable (which we recommend for the first month of use), you can return the panel within 14-days if you decide it isn’t for you. There is no exchange policy on our image panels either.

Pay in 3 Instalments

For any orders between £35 and £1000, your second option is to pay in 3 equal instalments. This splits your payment into 3 simple steps, with the first payment on day 1 when you place your order, the second payment on day 30, and the final payment on day 60.

This also comes without any underlying credit agreements or APRs.
