Keep Things Simple With A Remote

Even if your Wi-Fi signal drops out, you’ll still be able to control your heating easily thanks to the included remote control. This handy little device lets you switch your heating on and off at range, as well as adjust your goal temperature.

This remote doesn’t have the same range as the Smart Life app, but it’s a great option for easy control when you’re in the room with your panel. It’s also fantastic if you’re not glued to your phone 24/7, or if you have people or guests in your house who don’t want to go through the whole pairing process.

Easy Installation

There’s no need to worry about how to install these panels, however, as this can be done with absolute ease by essentially anyone! There are two ways to install our panels, you can either opt for wall mounting, or you can purchase a set of panel stands and leave it to rest free-standing.

To wall-mount, all you will need to do is follow our basic guide. To start, drill four holes using our provided drilling template and then insert the wall plugs and screws. From this, you are able to slot the panel into place by using the cross-hair brackets found on the back of the heater.

To neaten the aesthetics, you are free to ask a qualified electrician to directly hard-wire the cabling into the mains.

To keep your purchase protected, your IR panel will come with a 2-year manufacturer’s guarantee. This can be extended to 5 years for free.

Not only this, but you will also have 14-days to try and test your panels. Within this trial period, you can truly see how infrared benefits you and your home. If you are not fully satisfied, you will be able to return the panel back to us.

If the plug or cabling has been removed, the item will no longer warrant a refund. This does not affect the guarantee however.
