If you’re looking for a simple way to add innovative infrared heating to your home, then our Classic range is the way to go. Their simple plain white fronts mean they can easily slot into any existing room design without fuss. Simply mount them on your wall, ceiling, or a pair of panel stands, plug them into a wall socket and enjoy fast infrared heat.

With 100,000-hour lifespan, each infrared panel offers exceptional value for money, and can in fact can save you as much as 60% on your heating costs due to their use of efficient radiant heat.

Manufactured by Mirrorstone Heating, they are fully EU compliant with all CE & RoHS certification. They’re compliant with UKCA certification too!

Please be aware that these panels will come with a clear film on its front that needs to be peeled off before first use. If you use the heater before peeling the film off, the film may discolour and melt onto the surface of the heater.

Wait, What’s Radiant Heat?

Radiant heat is what sets our infrared panels apart from traditional convection heaters. Instead of heating air in a current, radiant heaters send out waves of infrared radiation. These waves will be absorbed by the people and objects they bump into. This agitates the molecules in those objects, warming them up.

This is a fast, efficient method of heating that focuses on warming a person more than warming the air around them. That’s why infrared heaters can save you a lot of money. It’s also completely safe, as it’s the same exact kind of heat you get from a fire or the sun (minus any harmful UV radiation).

Which Heater Should I Pick?

To get the most out of your new heater, you need to make sure you choose the right one for your space.

If you have a panel that’s too powerful for your room, you’ll be burning far more electricity than you need, wasting money. Likewise, if your heater is undersized, your room won’t ever feel warm enough, no matter how long the heater is on for.

Luckily, it’s pretty easy to calculate how many watts you’ll need to keep a space warm. You can use the calculator on our main page, or you can take the volume of the room and multiply it by one of the following numbers based on how well-insulated a space is.

  • For poorly insulated rooms, multiply it by 35
  • For moderately insulated rooms, multiply it by 30
  • For well insulated rooms, multiply it by 25.

The resulting number will tell you how many watts you need to warm the space. You can cover this with one heater, or split the number between multiple heaters. The choice is yours.

If you want a heater with more involved control methods instead of a binary on/off switch, check out our NXT Gen range, which is remote controlled, or our Nexus range which can be connected to your Wi-Fi signal.
