Fishing Boats on the Beach at Saintes Maries is a stunning image by Vincent van Gogh. Completed in June 1888, four colourful boats are sat on the beach as the tide washes into them. This painting was actually first constructed as a sketch, done on the spot by van Gogh, and later reworked into an oil on canvas piece.
The 595x595 Fishing Boats on the Beach at Saintes Maries Nexus Infrared Heating Panel 350W from Mirrorstone is a beautiful panel that is printed with a van Gogh painting. Made from solid FIR Coating and measuring a smaller 595mm x 595mm x 22mm, it is perfect to mount on a wall.
Protected against splashes of water with an IP54 rating, it will reach a surface temperature anywhere between 75-95°C. Simply plug into the 230V mains input for it to drink up 350W of power and warm up 4-7m² of space.

What Is Infrared?
The key differentiation between our panels and traditional heaters is that they use IR rays to provide warmth, instead of warming up the air. To fully understand the intelligent technology of our units, it is important to first understand Infrared itself.
Infrared is a type of electromagnetic radiation. It travels at the speed of light and was discovered by Sir William Herschel in 1800, in an experiment with light, a prism and a thermometer.
So, is it safe? Absolutely. Many people may be alarmed by the term ‘radiation’ but you need not be as IR is also emitted by the Sun – so we feel it every day. Therefore, the heat that is felt by our panels can best be described as the same sensation as stepping into sunlight on a hot Summers day. Unlike the Sun, our units will never emit harmful UV rays.
Our panels will emit IR rays and these will bounce around the space. Each ray will hit objects and people, the target will then absorb some of that heat before re-emitting the rays for this process to continue.

Heating With Nexus
Nexus panels are the next generation of personal heater, thanks to their ability to connect to your Wi-Fi. This unlocks incredible amounts of potential when it comes to controlling to your heating.
You can control your Nexus panels from anywhere in the world just by using your mobile phone, all you have to do is connect to the Smart Life app, and you’ll have complete control in your pocket.
You can adjust your goal temperature as well as turn the heater on and off, no matter where you are, as long as you have a signal. You’ll also be able to set various timers through meaning you can have your heater come on automatically when it’s most convenient to you.
Even if your Wi-Fi signal drops out, you’ll still be able to control your heating easily thanks to the included remote control. This handy little device lets you switch your heating on and off at range, as well as adjust your goal temperature.
This remote doesn’t have the same range as the Smart Life app, but it’s a great option for easy control when you’re in the room with your panel. It’s also fantastic if you’re not glued to your phone 24/7, or if you have people or guests in your house who don’t want to go through the whole pairing process.
Installing Your Panel
To solve the 21st century problem of dead space from traditional heaters, our panels can be installed in 3 efficient ways.
To have the unit mounted onto a wall, simply use the template provided and drill the metal screws into the surface. Then hang the heater from it using the cross-hair insertion bolts on the rear brackets.
Have the panel hang from the ceiling by opting for a Suspension Kit and always allowing appropriate space for airflow between them. Or you can have the panel move around with you by affixing a set of Panel Stands to the bottom.
Each heater is plug-and-play so simply plug into the mains when done. You can also chop off the plug and hard-wire if you’d like.
The Blue LED Indicator
When you mount and install your unit, you will notice that it has a small blue LED light installed in the bottom right-hand corner.
Our panels are renowned for having no moving parts and the sleekest of anatomies for a super modern look. The addition of the LED is no exception to this rule.
It is there as a blatant indication as to if the panel is on or off. When the blue light is shining, the unit will be functioning and emitting heat. When you cannot see it, it will have turned itself off – either out of your choice or due to the impressive Nexus features.

Installation Guide
Simply use the drill template to drill into your wall, insert the wall plugs into the holes, and then place the screws inside the wall plugs. Finally, mount the panel by lining up the brackets with the protruding screws, pushing towards the wall, and then downwards to fix into place.
