The 595x595 Dusky Lighthouse Nexus Infrared Heating Panel 350W from Mirrorstone is a smaller aluminium unit. Sized at 595mm x 595mm x 22mm, it will reach high surface temperatures between 75-95°C so we recommend mounting it onto a wall.
Protected against splashes of water with an IP54 rating, it will sit sturdy and will only require 350W from your 230V mains input. It will easily warm up a smaller, concentrated space of 4-7m².
Complete the look with your choice of a white, black and silver aluminium frame.

It may be a little obvious that we are big fans of Infrared heating. It is our mission to bring it to you for a good price, with a stylish look and maximum energy-efficiency. Infrared is a type of electromagnetic energy that travels in waves, at the speed of light. It is completely natural and is the same sensation as to stepping outside into the Sun on a hot day.
Our panels emit Infrared rays into your space that will then bounce off around, hitting into objects and people. Once hit, the object or person will absorb some of this heat and then radiate it back out to the rest of the room for this process to repeat itself.
It is much more efficient than standard convection heating as it heats a target directly, rather than heating the air in a space – which is the key difference between the two.

Our infrared panels come with a brand new, highly advanced premium FIR Coating to help maximise the performance of your heater. It’s heat-resistant – meaning it can withstand temperatures up to 200oC without yellowing over time.
Not only that, but it will also help the carbon crystal heating element inside the panel distribute the IR waves better than ever before, thanks to a higher thermal efficiency, resulting in even more warmth in your home.
To top it all off, the coating is also far more secure than ever before, as it is fire resistant, ensuring your family and your home stay safe and warm.
Heating With Nexus
Nexus panels are the next generation of personal heater, thanks to their ability to connect to your Wi-Fi. This unlocks incredible amounts of potential when it comes to controlling to your heating.
You can control your Nexus panels from anywhere in the world just by using your mobile phone, all you have to do is connect to the Smart Life app, and you’ll have complete control in your pocket.
You can adjust your goal temperature as well as turn the heater on and off, no matter where you are, as long as you have a signal. You’ll also be able to set various timers through meaning you can have your heater come on automatically when it’s most convenient to you.
Even if your Wi-Fi signal drops out, you’ll still be able to control your heating easily thanks to the included remote control. This handy little device lets you switch your heating on and off at range, as well as adjust your goal temperature.
This remote doesn’t have the same range as the Smart Life app, but it’s a great option for easy control when you’re in the room with your panel. It’s also fantastic if you’re not glued to your phone 24/7, or if you have people or guests in your house who don’t want to go through the whole pairing process.
Confidence In Construction
Each of our panels is made of FIR Coating and solid aluminium. That’s right – the same material that is used in millions of everyday objects such as drinks cans, tableware and even in planes. After studies into its safety, it has been deemed extremely versatile and absolutely harmless to humans.
There are many reasons why this material was chosen. It is fully recyclable, highly sustainable and can be recovered to be recycled over-and-over. Did you know that 75% of all aluminium ever produced in the US is still in use today?
As well as the aluminium panel, our units have a standard 240v junction box, 2m of heavy-duty cable and a UK 3-pin plug for instant plug-and-play function.
Installing The Panel
There are a few different ways in which you can install your panel to achieve multiple looks and to work it around your existing design.
The most popular method is to mount the unit onto a wall. Using the template provided, drill the screws into the wall and hang the panel from it using the cross-hair bolt insertion holes on the rear brackets.
Have the panel completely out of the way by ceiling mounting it. Purchase one of our Suspension Kits to hang with the utmost ease, always ensuring to leave enough space for airflow. Or to have the panel free-float, affix a set of Panel Stands to the bottom.

Installation Guide
Simply use the drill template to drill into your wall, insert the wall plugs into the holes, and then place the screws inside the wall plugs. Finally, mount the panel by lining up the brackets with the protruding screws, pushing towards the wall, and then downwards to fix into place.
