Understanding Your Panel

We’ve made our IR panels as simple and easy to use as possible, from having no moving parts to a quick installation. They won’t need to be serviced like a regular heater either, making them the most effortless and cost-effective option.

To avoid any confusion, we have even added in a tiny LED indicator which emits blue light. This is a guide to show you whether the panel is on or off, and to ensure the panel itself is in a high-functioning state.

We’ve tried to make our products as energy-efficient as possible, and LEDs are an easy way to do this. They use very little electricity and have a lifespan similar to that of our heating panels, making them the perfect option.

NXTGEN Remote Control

Included with every NXTGEN order is a practical remote which helps you manage your heating. Due to LOT20 legislation introduced in 2018, we upgraded our panels which gives you automation straight out of the box.

To pair it with the chosen panel, ensure the green toggle on the receiver is off at the back of the panel. Then you must hold the mode and power button for 3 seconds to allow it to connect.

Once you have completed this, there is a whole host of fantastic and ingenious features to give you total control.

There is even the option to set a 7-day timer, enabling you to schedule different on and off times for the week and then weekend.

Features Of NXTGEN

There are also other amazing features which help you to save up to 60% on your energy bills. These include automated temperature control which allows you to set a desired temperature, the panel then does the rest. It repeatedly switches on/off in order to maintain the level of heat you want.

Then we have open-window detection which turns the panel off if it notices a sudden drop in temperature due to open windows. This money saving feature has your back in forgetful periods!

Finally, adaptive start turns the panel on early to make the room your desired temperature at the requested time. This means you can wake up to a toasty bedroom, starting your day the right way.

Alternative Options

Easy Installation

When it comes to using your panel, you can install them in multiple ways, depending on which is convenient to you. The simplest way is to purchase a pair of panel stands to keep it free-standing. All you will need to do then is plug it into a 240V mains.

Alternatively, you can remove the plug and directly hard-wire it into the spur in the wall. This keeps it out of reach, freeing up floor space. We would, however, recommend asking a qualified electrician to do this for you.

If you do wall-mount the panel, everything will be provided for you in the box. There are also brackets on the back to allow to easily help you mount it either vertically or horizontally.
