If you want to improve or replace your current heating system, then infrared heating is the perfect way to do it. It has loads of different advantages when compared to traditional heating methods, including central heating.
This Mirrorstone panel measures approximately 595mm by 995mm, and has a wattage of 580W. This means that it can heat an area of roughly 9-10m2. It has a depth of just 22mm, meaning it can be installed flush to your wall. It comes with an IP54 rating, which means it is protected against splashes of water.
The panel heater is made from premium FIR Coating materials, which are built to last and look good. The surface temperature can reach around 75-95˚C, which is similar to a traditional radiator. Of course, infrared heaters can be installed much higher up on the wall, negating the possibility of it being accidentally touched.
What is Infrared Heating?
Infrared heating is extremely environmentally friendly, using much less energy than other heating methods. This can save you lots of money – around 60% on your heating bills, every single month. It does this by heating your room completely differently. It emits infrared beams, which bounce off of the objects in your room, leaving them warmed. A normal heater just heats the air around it.
Infrared heating therefore doesn’t cause convectional currents. This is where the warm air rises, cools, and then falls again, requiring reheating. This is much more inefficient, and can cause problems. These include cold spots, mould growth, and dust circulation. Infrared doesn’t cause any of these, which is why it’s seen as being better for your health.
Infrared heating is completely safe, as it’s just the same kind of energy that’s emitted by your TV remote. It also provides the same heat that the sun does, although it emits absolutely no UV radiation.

You can control your Nexus panels from anywhere in the world just by using your mobile phone, all you have to do is connect to the Smart Life app, and you’ll have complete control in your pocket.
You can adjust your goal temperature as well as turn the heater on and off, no matter where you are, as long as you have a signal. You’ll also be able to set various timers through meaning you can have your heater come on automatically when it’s most convenient to you.
Keep Things Simple With A Remote
Even if your Wi-Fi signal drops out, you’ll still be able to control your heating easily thanks to the included remote control. This handy little device lets you switch your heating on and off at range, as well as adjust your goal temperature.
This remote doesn’t have the same range as the Smart Life app, but it’s a great option for easy control when you’re in the room with your panel. It’s also fantastic if you’re not glued to your phone 24/7, or if you have people or guests in your house who don’t want to go through the whole pairing process.
Straightforward Installation
These panels are so easy to install, so there’s no need for you to panic. You won’t have to worry about paying anyone to help, whether they’re a plumber, electrician, or carpenter. It’s a complete and utter one-person job. Just use the included stencil, which shows you exactly where to drill the holes into the wall. After that, just put the screws in the wall, and hang the panel onto them. This is easy to do, using the rear-mounted brackets.
The heaters are fully plug-and-play compatible, with a UK mains 3-pin plug and a 2m power cable. They can be suspended from the ceiling, or made to be portable using an infrared heater stand.

Measuring just 22mm in depth, these panels can fit extremely flush against your wall. They can be installed much higher up than a traditional heater, too, as you don’t have to worry about any warm air currents. All panels come with free delivery within 2-3 days, and next day delivery is available for £5.99.
Image & Custom Image Panels have a 7-10 day lead time before we are able to dispatch them.
You can return your panel if you are not happy with it within 14 days of receiving it.
Installation Guide
Simply use the drill template to drill into your wall, insert the wall plugs into the holes, and then place the screws inside the wall plugs. Finally, mount the panel by lining up the brackets with the protruding screws, pushing towards the wall, and then downwards to fix into place.
