Housed in Paris’ Louvre Museum since 1797, Mona Lisa is one of the most recognised and best-known portraits in history. By the Italian Renaissance artist Leonardo da Vinci, it was created in 1503 and features Italian model, Lisa del Giocondo.
The 595x995 Da Vinci's Mona Lisa Nexus Infrared Heating Panel 580W from Mirrorstone is a unique panel as it is one of a few portraits we print. Sized at 995mm x 595mm x 22mm, this unit will reach a surface temperature of 115°C so we recommend mounting it high on a wall.
Powered by 580W, it will heat a surface area of 7 – 12m² with ease through your 230v mains input. Built from FIR Coating, it is protected by an IP54 rating and is stunning for any space – domestic or commercial.
Finish to perfection with your choice of a white, silver or black aluminium frame.
What Is Infrared?
Before understanding how our panels work and why they will provide you with so many benefits, it is key to look into what Infrared actually is. We’re here to enlighten you!
Infrared is a type of electromagnetic radiation that will travel through waves at the speed of light. Existing as invisible radiant energy, we feel it as heat and it will give you the same warm sensation of stepping into the Sun on a hot day. It was discovered in 1800 by Sir William Herschel, using a simple experiment with a light, a prism and a thermometer.
So, how does it work? Our panels will emit Far Infrared waves that will bounce around the space, hitting into objects and people as they go. Once hit, the target will absorb the heat needed to excite the molecules and then re-emit any leftover heat for the process to continue.
IR is highly beneficial as it is a drier heat that won’t transfer moisture, is cheaper to run and is also incredibly eco-friendly.

Nexus panels are the next generation of personal heater, thanks to their ability to connect to your Wi-Fi. This unlocks incredible amounts of potential when it comes to controlling to your heating.
You can control your Nexus panels from anywhere in the world just by using your mobile phone, all you have to do is connect to the Smart Life app, and you’ll have complete control in your pocket.
You can adjust your goal temperature as well as turn the heater on and off, no matter where you are, as long as you have a signal. You’ll also be able to set various timers through meaning you can have your heater come on automatically when it’s most convenient to you.
Keep Things Simple With A Remote
Even if your Wi-Fi signal drops out, you’ll still be able to control your heating easily thanks to the included remote control. This handy little device lets you switch your heating on and off at range, as well as adjust your goal temperature.
This remote doesn’t have the same range as the Smart Life app, but it’s a great option for easy control when you’re in the room with your panel. It’s also fantastic if you’re not glued to your phone 24/7, or if you have people or guests in your house who don’t want to go through the whole pairing process.
Discreet Heat
One thing we hear the most, and are proud to provide you with, is that our heaters don’t look like radiators. With multiple options in faces such as plain white, mirrors and even glass, disguise your heater as a piece of furnishing to really wow your friends and family.
Unlike bulky convector heaters that protrude awkwardly, our units are just 22mm thick so they do not create dead space. This is any room surrounding a convector that cannot be used as it will block in the heat and therefore, be inefficient and ineffective.

Warranty & Returns
For your peace of mind, each panel comes with a 2-year warranty for no additional fee. You can extend the cover to 5-years by filling out our warranty form. The remote is covered for 12-months against accidents and incidents.
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order, you can send it back to us within 14-days of purchase to return or exchange. As a special-order item, this panel will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Delivery & Returns
All panels come with free delivery within 2-3 days, and next day delivery is available for £5.99.
Image & Custom Image Panels have a 7-10 day lead time before we are able to dispatch them.
You can return your panel if you are not happy with it within 14 days of receiving it.
Installation Guide
Simply use the drill template to drill into your wall, insert the wall plugs into the holes, and then place the screws inside the wall plugs. Finally, mount the panel by lining up the brackets with the protruding screws, pushing towards the wall, and then downwards to fix into place.
