Their compact size makes them easy to install, and their lack of moving parts means that maintaining them is so much simpler than a gas boiler, with no servicing required.

All our boilers are equipped with modern anti-freezing technology. Freezing weather can cause some long-term damage to any boiler. This tech will kick in when the temperature dips to a certain level, ensuring your boiler remains safe.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns on this boiler if the box has been opened. In the long term, this electric boiler is protected by a 1-year warranty policy, whilst the heating element is covered by a 3-year warranty, so you can be certain it’s built to last.

All Indirect Water Cylinders come with a lead time of 5-7 working days, as these are special order items, and will be dispatched separately to the boiler itself.

Before your Water Tank is dispatched out to you, a member of our Sales team will call you to confirm that your choice of tank is appropriate for your property and your usage patterns. On this phone call, they will also confirm all the terms and conditions of the sale, which will also be emailed to you. You will need to confirm receipt and accept the terms before our warehouse team dispatch your boiler and cylinder. Once agreed, you will be unable to return your water tank.

Thinking Of Choosing Klarna

To make paying for your heaters easy, we've partnered with Klarna whose smart technology lets you apply for and then complete your payment application quickly and entirely online.

Once you’re happy with the items in your basket and you reach the checkout page, you have two options:

• Buy Now Pay Later in 30 Days
• Pay in 3 Instalments

Pay in 30 Days

For any orders up to £800, you can opt for our Buy Now Pay Later option. This simply defers your payment for up to 30 days from the date of dispatch, with no APRs or late fees.

Pay in 3 Instalments

For any orders between £35 and £1000, your second option is to pay in 3 equal instalments. This splits your payment into 3 simple steps, with the first payment on day 1 when you place your order, the second payment on day 30, and the final payment on day 60.

This also comes without any underlying credit agreements or APRs.

To be eligible for Klarna payments, you must be a UK resident, aged 18 or over. Klarna may perform a soft check which will not affect your credit score.
