Check out this discreet way of heating your home. Extremely efficient, our infrared heating panels really improve on central heating in a number of different ways. It measures 995mm by 1195mm, and thanks to the powerful 1200W, can heat an area of around 20m2. It measures just 22mm in depth, too, so can fit snugly against the ceiling or the wall.
It is made from premium white FIR Coating, so you can rest assured it’s made from the best materials. It can reach a temperature of around 75-95˚C, but can thankfully be installed well out of reach. It comes with an IP54 rating, so can easily withstand splashes of water.
Please note that the advised heated areas are for guidance only. For a more accurate heated area that is more relevant to your home, please either use our Calculator located at the top of this page, or speak to one of our Customer Services advisors about your room.
By choosing the ceiling mount option when purchasing your panel, a Suspension Kit will also be dispatched with your order. We advise leaving a gap of at least 5cm between the ceiling and panel once installed in order to ensure adequate airflow behind the heater.
This panel will come with a clear film on its front that needs to be peeled off before first use. If you use the heater before peeling the film off, the film may discolour and melt onto the surface of the heater.
Infrared heating is far more efficient than central heating due to the way it actually heats. They can save you a massive 60% on your heating bills. Rather than heating the air, like a conventional heater, infrared heaters bounce infrared beams off of objects, warming them in the process. A conventional heater causes convectional currents, where the warm air rises, cools, and falls again, needing to be heated again. This makes them less efficient than the infrared heating technology.
That’s not all though – conventional heaters can also cause mould, mildew, cold spots and dust circulation, because of these warm air currents. This makes infrared heaters better for your health. Infrared technology is completely safe, as it just uses the same tech as your TV remote control! The heat is actually the same as the sun’s, but without any harmful UV radiation.
Our infrared panels come with a brand new, highly advanced premium FIR Coating to help maximise the performance of your heater. It’s heat-resistant – meaning it can withstand temperatures up to 200oC without yellowing over time.
Not only that, but it will also help the carbon crystal heating element inside the panel distribute the IR waves better than ever before, thanks to a higher thermal efficiency, resulting in even more warmth in your home.
To top it all off, the coating is also far more secure than ever before, as it is fire resistant, ensuring your family and your home stay safe and warm.
Fully Lot20 compliant, our NXTGEN heaters are really efficient, with a 39% out of 40% rating. They have automated temperature control, which regulates the temperature in your room. They come with a seven-day timer, so you can set four different timers in 5+2 mode, or two different timers in 1-7 mode giving you extra flexibility.
Plus, with open window detection, they’ll turn off automatically when they detect a temperature drop of 1.5˚C in 3 minutes. For more information on these amazing NXTGEN heaters, see our NXT Gen IR Panel manual.
With the included remote control, you get total control over the different functions these NXTGEN panels bring.
You can adjust the temperature and set timers – all from the comfort of your own seat. There will be no more trekking to the thermostat or the boiler again!
The thermostat is, of course, electrical rather than mechanical, means that it’ll be much more accurate.
This means you can always make sure that you’re neither heating your home too much, nor wasting energy on doing so.
The remote can be paired to multiple heaters, so if you wish to control your heating as a group, you can.
With so many features available in each of our NXT Gen Panels, it might get a bit confusing as to when your panel should be on and when it should be off.
Enter our simple but effective blue LED light.
It’s a highly elegant and subtle solution – it simply lights up blue when the panel is on and beaming infrared heat all around your room. Then, when the panel switches off, the LED indicator will switch off too.
This allows you to see at a glance whether your panel is on or not, which could go some way to explain why you’re feeling a bit hot…or a bit cold!
These panels are very simple to install. They don’t require any complicated electrical work or plumbing, as they are plug-and-play compatible. They use a 2-metre long mains cable and a UK mains 3-pin plug, which makes them quick to start using.
To mount them on your wall or ceiling, just use the included stencil. It just needs a couple of screws in the wall, on which the two rear brackets of the panel sit comfortably.
If you wish to make your heater more portable, consider one of our infrared heater stands. Thanks to the slimline profile of the panels, they look stunning whether wall mounted or on a stand.
There’s no need to worry when you buy yourself one of our white infrared heating panels, as they all come with a brilliant 2-year warranty, to reassure you. This is upgradable to 5 years for free.
We also give you a fantastic 14-day home trial period, so if you change your mind about your purchase, you can either exchange it or get a refund.

Hi, I would like to mount it on kitchen's ceiling. Can the cable be extended or can this be hard wired by electrician? Thanks
I would like to fit a 1200W panel to a ceiling but it is not clear from the product description for ceiling suspension kits and elsewhere what is the maximum size panel that can be suspended. Please advise.
What is the maximum range from the panel that you can still feel the heat? I have a 5 metre long room and am not sure if the heat from a panel mounted at one end of the room will be felt at the other.
Do the panels heat the wall upon which they are mounted and if so what% of the wattage is directed to the rear? I ask as i would like to mount on plasterboard walls and want to avoid localised heat expansion cracking the plasterboard joints. Thanks
can these be fitted to a conventional ceiling ? as they are advertised as suspended ceiling mounting
Hi I'm looking to heat a conservatory 4m x 3m x 3.5m, this has a polycarbonate roof so loses quite a bit of heat. The panel will be installed above a door way which is 2.5m. What type of panel would I need? Kind regards Simon Kewley
how can i remove stains that i accidentally made?
I am interested in a 1200 w unit. I noticed that you state they can be fitted out of reach. Is this necessary from a safety view. I wanted to replace an existing conventional radiator which is fitted under a window.
Hi. I have a cold bedroom with cold air. How can the room be heated if the air is cold when using an IR heater?
Madame, Monsieur, Would you please tell me if your panels could heat well a Yoga space , of about 60 square meters. What would be the best installation possible ? Let me know the price and if you send your producs to France. with our best regards jean pierre
I am using your panel in a bedroom where I require heat in the morning and evening but not during the day. The current handset only allows one time period for the three periods (1-5, 6, 7). Do you have a controller that allows settings for two time periods for each of the settings? Or, do you have plans to introduce one?
Do you supply heaters with floor stand instead of wall fixing?
Hello We are very interested in these panels for our home, We currently have oil central heating we would like to know how much these panels cost per hour to run I appreciate that it may depend on the cost per Kw we pay to our supplier but an average range would be a good start? Also are you able to say how long it takes to warm a room up with these panels? again we appreciate it depends on the size of the room and the panel fitted.
