The panel is made from strong yet stylish FIR Coating materials, which can reach a surface temperature high of around 75-95˚C. This is the same as a standard radiator, but of course, these can be installed higher up on the wall. This means that they are unlikely to be accidentally touched or knocked into.

What’s IR Heating All About?

The infrared technology that these heaters use is very similar to the one that remote controls use. That’s how you know that this is completely safe. In fact, it’s the same sort of warmth that the sun gives off, yet without any harmful UV radiation.

It works by emittingpenetrative infrared waves around the room, which bounce off the objects. They leave them warmed, and then move onto the next object or surface. This is a lot more efficient than how conventional radiators work, as they just heat the air around them. This in turn then rises to the ceiling, cools, and falls again, which requires more heat, forming these convectional currents.

They can have negative effects, such as mould growth, cold spots, and dust circulation, negatively affecting your health. Infrared heating doesn’t have this effect, and it is actually better for your health.

You can adjust your goal temperature as well as turn the heater on and off, no matter where you are, as long as you have a signal. You’ll also be able to set various timers through meaning you can have your heater come on automatically when it’s most convenient to you.

Keep Things Simple With A Remote

Even if your Wi-Fi signal drops out, you’ll still be able to control your heating easily thanks to the included remote control. This handy little device lets you switch your heating on and off at range, as well as adjust your goal temperature.

This remote doesn’t have the same range as the Smart Life app, but it’s a great option for easy control when you’re in the room with your panel. It’s also fantastic if you’re not glued to your phone 24/7, or if you have people or guests in your house who don’t want to go through the whole pairing process.

Great Appearance

Measuring just 22mm in depth, these panels slot extremely close to your wall, taking up hardly any room. They can be installed much higher up on your wall, which means they can be more of an aesthetic feature in your home, rather than just a bulky necessity, like a normal radiator is.

Warranty & Returns Information

All of our image panels come with a comprehensive 2-year warranty, so your purchase will be protected. You also have the option of extending this to 5 years at no extra cost. We also provide a brilliant 14-day home trial period, in case you wish to return or exchange the item. This would be susceptible to a small 15% restocking fee, however, as the image would need to be printed onto the panel.
