Check out the new and exciting way to heat your home whilst spending less money! The 350W Classic Infrared Heating Panel is a super-efficient infrared panel that can transform how you keep warm for the better. At just 595mm by 595mm, this panel is perfect for adding some extra warmth to your room without costing you as much as central heating.
With a premium FIR Coating surface, you know that you’re getting a quality product. This surface can reach a temperature of approximately 110˚C, but don’t worry, because these can be mounted well out of reach – high up on the wall, or even on the ceiling!
It’s IP54 rated, which means it can handle splashes of water quite comfortably. At 595mm by 595mm, the 350w can actually warm an area of around 5-6m2.
Please note that the advised heated areas are for guidance only. For a more accurate heated area that is more relevant to your home, please either use our Calculator located at the top of this page, or speak to one of our Customer Services advisors about your room.
If you wish to ceiling mount your IR Panel, you will need to purchase a Suspension Kit alongside it. We advise leaving a gap of at least 5cm between the ceiling and panel once installed in order to ensure adequate airflow behind the heater.
This panel will come with a clear film on its front that needs to be peeled off before first use. If you use the heater before peeling the film off, the film may discolour and melt onto the surface of the heater.
Please note that quoted heating area is based on optimum conditions.
Infrared heating is an innovative way of heating your home that is both eco-friendly and attractive. It can actually save you up to 60% on your heating bills each time. It works by firing infrared beams around your room, which bounce off the objects, leaving them warm. It doesn’t heat the air, as conventional heaters do, so there are no warm air currents.
This also means that the risk of cold spots, mould growth, and dust circulation is massively minimised, as there are no currents there. Due to this, infrared heaters are better for your health than conventional heaters. Infrared heating is completely safe, as it just the same technology that the remote control for your TV uses. It’s the same kind of heat that the sun provides, yet without any ultraviolet waves.
Our infrared panels come with a brand new, highly advanced premium FIR Coating to help maximise the performance of your heater. It’s heat-resistant – meaning it can withstand temperatures up to 200oC without yellowing over time.
Not only that, but it will also help the carbon crystal heating element inside the panel distribute the IR waves better than ever before, thanks to a higher thermal efficiency, resulting in even more warmth in your home.
To top it all off, the coating is also far more secure than ever before, as it is fire resistant, ensuring your family and your home stay safe and warm.
Thanks to the clean white finish that the FIR Coating surface provides, you can hide this heater in plain sight, practically.
With this panel, it can blend in perfectly in a kitchen or bathroom environment, and add extra heat without resorting to a clunky radiator or an inefficient portable heater.
At just 22mm in depth, you don’t need to worry about this heater taking too much room up. In fact, with its fairly small size, this heater can be situated in a wide variety of different places.
As the heat they emit doesn’t rise to the ceiling, they can be mounted high on the wall, or even on the ceiling! This is because they heat the objects directly with multidirectional infrared beams.
No professional help will be required to help you fit this panel in your home. No plumbers, electricians or handymen/women, because they’re not required.
There is no complicated work required at all, as they just plug directly into the mains. Mounting them is just as easy, as they just need a couple of screws in the wall. They really are easy to install.
Using the guide required, you just draw through the holes to mark where the screws are needed, then simply hook the panel onto the screws using the two sturdy brackets on the rear.
It takes only minutes to do, before you have clean efficient heat in your home, and you can do it all by yourself.
Whilst there are many options as to how you use your 350W IR Panel – you can plug it in, hardwire it or use a thermostat with it – it might sometimes be handy to know when it’s on and when it isn’t.
That’s why this panel comes with a blue LED indicator in the corner.
Simply put, when the heater is on, the LED light will be too. When the panel is off, the LED light will be off too. This means you can tell whether the panel is actually emitting heat or not at a glance, without having to go up to it and hold your hand in front!
With Mirrorstone’s top quality build, you don’t need to worry. The brilliant glossy white surface is easy to wipe clean with a damp cloth, and that’s all the maintenance you’ll ever need. There are no moving parts when it comes to an infrared panel, so there’s no servicing or upkeep needed at all. The surface is made from sturdy FIR Coating too, so you’re all set.
On the back of the panel is a standard 240v junction box, with a generous 2 metres of heavy-duty flex and the standard UK 3-pin plug.
Don’t forget, if you wish to make your heater portable, you could always purchase one of our stylish infrared panel stands for a freestanding heating solution.

I want to mount a panel on the ceiling, can the panel be put in front of the socket so that the socket is hidden? Or is there a minimum distance required between the panel and socket when on a ceiling?
How much is the suspension kit for the 350w model?
Is this heater suitable for putting in the corner of a room adjacent to a solid external wall that is very cold and suffers with condensation? I have had a surveyor report stating that excessive condensation is being caused due to cold external temperatures, I have also purchased a dehumidifier which helps but the room is still very cold. It will be used as a top up to my current central heating system.
Is this panel suitable for use as a drop in replacement for a standard, commercial, 600mm, suspended ceiling tile?
Hi, my bathroom doesn't have a 3 pin plug obviously for safety. How can I power the panel, will I need to book an electrician. Or is it safe to use if there is a plug socket outside the bathroom?
Is this safe to use in my summerhouse and to be left on all day then switch it off at night
Are the Infrared Heating Panels 'Lot 20' compliant please?
Hi, I'm planning a set up a heating alternative in the event of prolonged power cuts, and this infrared panel looks like it could be ideal for plugging in to my 1000W solar battery. I live in a one bed static mobile home, total overall dimensions 36ft x 10ft. Do you think a single panel would raise the temperature enough to make a noticeable difference in the middle of winter? (I'm thinking survival mode)
I want to use it free standing and take it from room to room. However reading your recommendations from the other questions posted here, it seems that it won't be ideal because A) It will get too hot to touch (so I presume I will have trouble lifting it) and B) It seems it works best at head height. Kindly advise / clarify. Would this be the right product for me
Hi Please can you confirm whether you can have the mirrored panel with a remote control to hear a garden office 5x3? Thank you Zoe

Is it safe to hand a towel rail above these panels?
Hi, I have almost completed the renovation of our new office. I am seriously considering having the infrared heating throughout but am a bit worried about overrloading our electric box. The building has undergone a complete rewire including high wall plugs to take infrared heaters. My main office is 15m in legth, 4m wide and 3m high. My second office is 7m in length and 5m wide with a low ceiling of 2m. The whole building has insulation between every wall and below all floors. The roofvoid has over 300mm of insulation. Can you give me your recomendations please taking into account the overloading of our supply. Thanks
What are dimensions of this product/

I have a very cold shop size 30m2 , what would you recommend?
I want to heat a very cold walk-in wardrobe ( approx 2.5 sq m ) and want a heater I can programme and which has a thermostat. Is the 350 watt Classic suitable?
I have a very small bathroom of 1.6x1.2 meters. In order to save wall space, I would like to mount the heater on the ceiling. The bathroom has a shower and small shower bath below. Would such a heater with thermostat be safe to install in this area, and would it usefully replace a heated towel radiator. Alternatively would a mirrored infrared panel provide enough heat for general comfort. Are these heaters coupled to a lighted mirror, and is the light separate to the heating function.
